A different type of Post than the usual Tips and Tricks and Artwork, today we’re going to talk about Inspirational Artists and how it can help us to Create better Art by drawing inspiration from other Artists.
We at Don Corgi personally believe that it’s VERY important to keep your mind on a Creative Mood so you don’t stop going and have constantly new Ideas. This will help you improve very quickly over time, and the more you’re able to keep that state of mind, the quicker you will Improve.
So without further ado, here’s Diego Fernandez, with his beautiful Portraits and unsaturated colors, you can find his amazing work below!
Some info about Diego Fernandez
Diego Fernandez is a Digital Artist and illustrator based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. His work has been featured in several books, for example Exposé 9 and 11 from Ballistic Publishing.
Most of his work has highly unsaturated Colors, that’s a pretty strong art style that still gives amazing depth to the paintings. It’s wonderful how he can achieve the level of drawing and painting that he does, with a smaller use of the wide range of colors available, but he does it!
A big part of his artwork, or at least the one that he showcases the most, is doing Portraits. The kicker here is that they are not simple Realistic portraits that mimic life. He actually transforms the portraits by adding graphic elements and unrealistic shapes to his paintings, giving it a whole new depth.
There’s no stopping his work, and I hope to see more over the coming Years! Check below for some of his Artwork and his Portfolio.
Here are some of our favourites picks from his Art Portfolio.
